Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. Defective items will be replaced on a case-by-case basis with sufficient proof.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
No refunds will be issued for items marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier to locate the package using the tracking number provided.
If your order is damaged in transit, you must file a damage report with your local postal service and email infojujustudio@gmail.com, including photos of the damaged items.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for return and reshipping costs.
